What do you do in your life every day that causes you to start asking, “What is my daily routine?” For most people, the answer to this question is, “My daily routine is made up of lots of small routines I do on a daily basis.”

My morning ritual starts with a nice cup of tea, followed by a comfortable and warm bed. When I wake up I am excited about my day and can not wait to get going. My morning routine includes getting dressed and taking a nice relaxing walk around the block or around the neighborhood.

I make sure to finish all my assignments in the allotted time because I will miss out on valuable work if I procrastinate. Exercise allows me to clear my mind, focus, and take away the stress. By focusing on the good in life I am able to take out all the negative thoughts and put them into positive thoughts. I’m constantly reminded that I am living a very good life, but I do want to add more to that life. It’s amazing how much I’ve changed, but I don’t want to stop doing the things I love doing.
