Is depression caused by our genes? Does it happen to everybody at some point in life? If so, when did we become a depressed person? What are the signs of depression symptoms?

Let’s start with the genes because this is what really causes the genetic predisposition to depression. We don’t know whether or not the genes that cause depression happen in each person all at the same time. But there is something that is universal about those people who are depressed.

The first sign of depression is when a depressed person begins to eat more and lose weight more rapidly than normal. This should be a warning sign to all those around them that the person is not feeling well.

Depression can also be triggered by certain things such as a death in the family. And sometimes some environmental factors such as events such as the death of a loved one or sudden job loss can create a depression in a person. Depression can be genetic and also environmental in nature.

There are many different types of depression. These different types have different treatment options.

Commonly used for those who are suffering from this condition is behavioral depression. This is the kind of depression that is usually seen in those who are very young adults. It may also be seen in adults in their mid-30s and early 40s.

This kind of depression often starts during the teenage years and peaks at age twenty. This type of depression tends to be characterized by sadness and hopelessness which tend to grow to such an extent that the person simply cannot function normally anymore.

Another type of depression is clinical depression. In this type of depression the symptoms tend to be much more obvious and are more severe. They can include extreme fatigue, irritability, feeling more tired than normal, feelings of despair, loss of interest in daily activities, and many other symptoms that include more extreme symptoms that characterize the type of depression.

There is also an experience known as dysthymia, which is the less severe form of clinical depression. It’s very rare but it can happen. It is also a type of depression that is less severe than the other kinds.

If you’re wondering what mild forms of depression are, it is a form of depression that just occurs less often. It can include feelings of sadness and hopelessness but it’s not as intense as the other forms of depression. This type of depression tends to go away quickly and doesn’t last very long.

There are many different types of depression. And depending on the severity and if it’s mild or severe, it can vary. Depression can also be genetic, environmental, or both.
